About Aly
Aly is a residency-trained Doctor of Physical Therapy with board certifications in Orthopedics (OCS) and Women's/Pelvic Health (WCS). She has advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, visceral mobilization, and specialized pelvic health through Herman & Wallace, the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health, and the Institute of Clinical Excellence. This comprehensive training allows her to address complex conditions with expertise and precision.
Aly specializes in treating pelvic health conditions for adults of all genders, including pre- and postnatal care. She also treats headaches, spine pain, hip and foot injuries, and nerve-related pain—bringing a whole-body approach to orthopedic and pelvic health rehabilitation. Her path to physical therapy grew from a deep curiosity about the human body, a love of movement, and a genuine desire to serve others. One of her favorite parts of the profession is the creative problem-solving involved—partnering with patients to tackle unique challenges and find the best path forward together.
Aly's clinical philosophy is rooted in patient-centered, evidence-based care. She emphasizes identifying the true driver of your symptoms and helps you move forward with confidence and understanding. Her approach integrates hands-on treatments and therapeutic exercise, but always includes clear explanations so you understand what's happening, why it matters, and how it supports your goals. She believes it's never too late to seek treatment for a longstanding issue, and it's never too early to establish proactive, preventive care. Whether you're managing pelvic health concerns, recovering from injury, or building resilience for the future, Aly creates a safe space where no question is off-limits and no concern is too personal.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of the clinic, Aly stays active through strength training, long walks, yoga, and CrossFit. She's also a marathon runner and former competitive dancer who loves being outdoors—whether hiking, mountain biking, or playing on the water. Living in Nashville, she takes full advantage of the local music scene and cheers on the Predators. Aly shares her home with her partner, dog (Cashew), and cat (Gouda)—yes, she named her pets after her favorite snacks.
