About Lindsay
Lindsay is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over eight years of clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation. She has a strong manual therapy background, including dry needling, joint manipulation, cupping, and taping, and she treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions, from back and neck pain to shoulder, hip, and knee injuries. Her comprehensive skill set allows her to address complex problems with precision and expertise.
Lindsay became a physical therapist because she's passionate about the transformative power of movement and how it can restore confidence and change lives. She believes physical therapy should be empowering, preventative, and informative, not just a reactive response to pain. Her mission is to help people understand their bodies, feel genuinely heard, and get back to the activities and people that matter most to them.
Her clinical approach blends patient education, hands-on treatment, functional strength training, and intentional movement guidance. She enjoys working with athletes and weekend warriors alike, meeting each patient where they are and tailoring every session to their specific goals and circumstances.
Lindsay's training in pelvic health, including certification in intravaginal examination, rounds out her orthopedic expertise. Because the hips, low back, core, and pelvic floor work together, she can see connections that are easy to miss, whether you're a runner with nagging hip pain, a lifter with low back pain, or a new mom returning to exercise after pregnancy. Whatever brings you in, Lindsay creates a personalized treatment plan designed to help you move with confidence and feel your best.
Outside the Clinic
Lindsay stays active through Pilates and HIIT classes, maintaining the fitness routine she's built over the years. She attended Indiana University, where she met her husband, Bobby. They recently welcomed their baby girl, Sophie, and are navigating the joys and challenges of new parenthood together. In her free time, Lindsay loves traveling, reading, and binging true crime shows and anything Bravo. She's also a huge foodie who loves cooking and exploring new restaurants around Nashville, and she's always looking for neighborhood recommendations!
