About Jenn
Jenn has spent over 15 years as a physical therapist, specializing in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. With advanced certifications in manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, and run coaching, she brings comprehensive expertise to treating a wide range of conditions.
Growing up in an active family where sports were central to daily life, Jenn learned early on that movement and fitness weren't just hobbies—they were essential to living well. That foundation shaped her decision to become a physical therapist and continues to guide how she treats every patient today.
As a runner and triathlete herself, Jenn has a special passion for helping athletes return to their training and competition. She's equally dedicated to treating headaches and vestibular dysfunctions, conditions that can completely disrupt daily life and quality of movement. Her philosophy is that physical therapy isn't about isolating one painful area—it's about understanding the whole person. During your initial evaluation, Jenn takes time to ask detailed questions, identify the true source of your pain, and develop a specialized treatment plan tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle.
Whether you're recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or working to prevent future problems, Jenn focuses on restoring your ability to move, train, and live the way you want.
Outside the Clinic
When she's not treating patients, Jenn stays active through running, hiking, barre classes, and triathlon training. She's an avid traveler and reader, typically juggling several books at once while planning her next adventure.
Jenn has combined her love for travel and fitness into an ambitious goal: running a half marathon in all 50 states. At 41 states completed with more scheduled this year, she's well on her way. Ask her about her favorite races and which states are left on her list.
