Bo serves as the Operations Coordinator at Nashville Physical Therapy & Performance, where he ensures every patient experience runs smoothly from the moment you reach out to schedule an appointment. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, management, and operations, Bo is the behind-the-scenes force keeping the practice organized, efficient, and welcoming.
He handles everything from scheduling and insurance coordination to patient communications and day-to-day operations. His goal is straightforward: ensure patients feel comfortable and fully informed so they can focus entirely on what matters most, getting better.
Bo's path to healthcare administration came through personal experience. After a close friend suffered a serious car accident, he watched her navigate multiple treatment options. Of all the prescribed treatments, physical therapy made the most profound difference in her recovery. Witnessing her remarkable journey sparked a career change for him. It's been healthcare ever since.
Bo believes that exceptional healthcare extends beyond clinical treatment—it's about the entire patient experience. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, every interaction matters. That philosophy is exactly what drew him to Nashville PT, where patient care truly comes first, and operations support that mission every single day.
Outside the Clinic
Bo lives in Donelson with his dog, Buttercup. When he's not at Nashville PT, you'll find him hiking local trails and greenways, working in his garden, or cooking dinner for his family and neighbors. He's passionate about volunteer work across multiple causes—from the arts and horticulture to cancer research and everything in between.
Bo was trained as a lyric baritone and performed with the Nashville Opera Ensemble for two seasons. He can quote every line from the movie "Clue," makes the best stuffed shells you'll ever taste, and is secretly obsessed with Antiques Roadshow.
