Why Nashville PT in Goodlettsville?

Located at 116 N Main St, our Goodlettsville clinic serves active adults throughout Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, and the surrounding Sumner and Davidson County communities.

We work with active people who:

  • Are recovering from running injuries or sports-related pain

  • Are managing postpartum pelvic floor changes

  • Deal with chronic neck or low back pain

  • Want to prevent injuries and stay healthy long-term

  • Refuse to let pain slow them down

Unlike high-volume outpatient clinics that limit your visits and restrict treatment based on insurance reimbursement models, every session at Nashville PT is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. You get genuine attention and a personalized plan, not a cookie-cutter approach. We listen to your goals, assess what's actually causing your problem, and create a treatment plan built entirely around your needs—not what insurance will approve.
