About Megan
Megan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than 13 years of experience helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they love. Her interest in physical therapy began when she was a Division I collegiate soccer player and dealt with several injuries of her own. Those experiences sparked her interest in rehabilitation and inspired her to help others through their own recovery and back to doing what they enjoy.
Megan's clinical interests include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, running mechanics, pelvic health, injury prevention, and wellness. She enjoys working with active people of all backgrounds and abilities, from runners and recreational athletes to those dealing with persistent pain or more complex conditions. With advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), dry needling, running gait analysis, and pelvic health, she takes an individualized, evidence-based approach that combines hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, and patient education.
Megan believes physical therapy should do more than relieve pain. It should help people understand how they move, feel confident in their bodies, and take an active role in their long-term health. Whether someone is returning to sport, improving performance, recovering from surgery, preventing injury, or staying active through every stage of life, her goal is to help them get results that last.
Outside the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Megan stays active with strength training and running, and she serves on the board of the Donelson Run Club. She loves spending time with her husband and two sons, whether they're playing sports, going to sporting events, traveling, or having a family movie night.
