Nashville Physical Therapy & Performance exists to keep you active for life.
As physical therapists we not only treat you when you have an injury, but also go a step further, working to fix things before they cause you to have to stop doing what you love.
Are you worried that you won’t be able to do the things you love because of pain or injury? If this describes you, Nashville Physical Therapy & Performance will ease your fears and resolve your pain, keeping you active for life.
What we value in a healthcare provider are the same key elements that we provide to our clients:
Someone who takes the necessary time to really listen to and understand us. Someone who educates us on how to manage our condition independently with minimal medical intervention but primarily with diet, exercise, and mindfulness. Someone who serves as a resource we can trust and reach out to when needed.
If this sounds like what you are looking for, you’ve come to the right place!
One on One
All sessions are entirely one on one with your physical therapist, tailored specifically to you. We believe in establishing close relationships with our patients. We do not believe in cookie cutter PT, overlapping sessions, or having an assistant or tech work with you during your session.
Empowering by Education
Consumer driven healthcare is the future of healthcare. It puts you in the driver’s seat as an active participant in making decisions that ultimately determine your future health and well-being. We strive to empower you to understand your condition fully so that we can work together as a team to accomplish your goals.
Focused on Wellness
Your vehicle requires regular maintenance. Guess what? So do you. Don’t wait until you have “engine failure” to seek care. Waiting until you have a full-blown injury is costly and requires a significant amount of healthcare services and time lost doing your favorite things. We believe that everyone needs to get regular physical “tune-ups” to keep their body operating as it should.
Proven Treatment Methods
Our therapists have gone beyond their normal doctorate level education to pursue specialized training in orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, spine intervention, and activity specific exercise.
